Since DepositFix itself doesn't hold any payment information for your customers, all refunds must be done either through Stripe itself (here's how you can refund payments in Stripe.), or through HubSpot x DepositFix CRM extension (here's how to refund payments using HubSpot CRM extension).
Refunded payments will be logged in DepositFix, however. You can easily identify refunded transactions as they will always appear in negative values.
Similarly, refunded payments will be logged in HubSpot in negative values, and with a refunded status.
