DepositFix offers integration with PayPal, which allows you to collect payments through DepositFix forms.
Due to technical limitations, we're only able to process payments through PayPal on DepositFix. We're unable to issue refunds, cancel subscriptions, update billing profiles, etc.
Unlike Stripe, With PayPal Subscriptions, payments are collected AFTER the form is submitted, which means that you will see a form submission on HubSpot regardless of if the payment was successful or not. You can use DepsitFix timeline events in workflows to verify that only successful payments are enrolled in workflows, etc. More information on workflows here.
Some DepositFix payment properties will not be updated on HubSpot when using PayPal payments, like Active Subscriptions, next payment date, and others.
Note: To ensure that your PayPal integration works seamlessly, PayPal's IPN notifications need to be enabled. They are enabled by default, so no further action is needed in most cases; however, if you've disabled them at some point, you need to re-enable them to set up your DepositFix integration. Here's some more information on how to do that.
